Initial Estimate

Accuracy.

The first step is a thorough cost estimate for high end residential buildings. A&R's team estimates the price of your project in an accurate and timely manner. Upon approval of the cost, we will then schedule fabrication, delivery, and installation.

 

Shop Standard

Precision.

Every project is unique, with its own set of challenges. To ensure consistency, A&R creates a SHOP STANDARD BOOKLET to set parameters for the job. This unique tool specifies the materials and standards necessary for each project.

 

Detailed Design

Diligence.

The A&R team visits and then field measures each project to ensure the contract drawing reflects the existing conditions. Next, we create in-house shop drawings to serve as blueprints for fabrication and installation.

We use the Trimble X7 high-speed laser scanning system, a leading smart calibration system, which scans the entire project space, renders the entire 3D image and provides the most exact measurements in the business.

 

Fabricate and Furnish

Meticulous.

In A&R’s fabrication shop, sheet metal designers use our state-of-the-art machines to produce custom HVAC ductwork and associated products. A&R uses the Mestek Coil Line and Lockformer Plasma machines to create standard and custom fittings.

Our advanced design software, industry-leading fabrication shop management software Trimble FabShop, features a custom report designer to provide the information you need when you need it.

Our FabShop functions with our double table plasma bed to allow for precise fabrication using the highest quality materials. In addition, our team specifies the elements that will be furnished, to ensure inclusion of all components of the installation.

Worker's Expertise

Certified.

A&R workers are OSHA certified, with 40 hours of site safety training. In addition, our workers receive in-house training as part of our onboarding process to meet the company’s high standards. Workers then receive hands-on training on the job.

 
 

Installation

The A&R team’s principal goal is to provide exact, swift, clean installation. Exemplary installation has been the bedrock of our reputation. The installation of ductwork can be a challenge, particularly for renovation projects.

Considerations include system efficiency, project cost, air quality considerations and the aesthetics of the building, all of which will affect the final design and installation of the ductwork.
